Terms and Conditions

The membership card is non transferable. It may only be used by the registered holder at the address given at the time of application.

The 10% discount is applicable for any labour costs generated by the engineer appointed by PREMIER to carry out work at the registered address. It does not apply to materials, VAT or any third party costs associated with the completion of work.

The card is non-refundable.

The card must be produced for inspection by the engineer carrying out the work at the time of the visit to site. Failure to produce the card will result in the 10% discount facility being withdrawn at that time.
A change of address is possible for the cardholder and is subject to an administration fee of £15.00.
The free boiler service and system check does not include free remedial work should any be found to be necessary. However, remedial work does qualify for the 10% discount.

PREMIER reserve right to withdraw the card and cancel membership should they suspect any misuse of the membership card whatsoever.

Lost or stolen cards are replaceable for a nominal charge.
